All LIGNO products are designed, built and tested for high quality.
You can only control quality if you accurately measure each part. Therefore, LIGNOTEC measures every detail on each machine part to close tolerances. The following examples give you an idea of the pre delivery check.
Every LIGNO lathe is carefully assembled and test run. First the headstock is run for two sessions of four hour each without load. This is to run in the bearings on the motor, the spindle and the belt. The frequency inverter is used to check the amps. When run in the value is about 1.5 amps.
Every machine is tested by turning one piece in a chuck and another between centres, to check that there is no vibration and that headstock and tailstock are correctly in line. At the same time the bearing temperatures are measured to ensure cool running.
The test result for each machine is logged and filed.
