The jig is fully adjustable.  It consists of an upper slide A and a lower slide B.
The lower slide B can be turned and moved along its length and locked anywhere on the bed.
Both slides have a handle for fine movements.
Each slide body C and D can be locked individual with their locking handle.
When the upper slide A is used for operation the lower slide B should be locked.
When the lower slide B is used for operation the upper slide A should be locked.

The Avisera jig is very easy to use.
Whether you use a power drill or a power router it is important to follow the safety instructions of the tool you use.
1.Power tools vibrate. Therefore it is very important to lock all the screws carefully.
2.The nut E locks the jig to the lathe bed.
Use the wrench provided.
3.Mount the power tool in such a way that you have access to the start / stop bottom F.
4.Lock the screws G and H carefully.
5.Lock rotating tool K carefully.
6.Make sure that the lathe is switched off when operating a power tool.
7.Use the transparent protecting guard J.

8.Note! Don’t get your fingers near the rotating tools.

9.When working with the jig always have one hand on the power tool and one hand on the handle of the upper or lower slide.
This ensures that you keep away from the cutting tool.

10. Before starting to work make sure that the work piece is safely secured in the chuck or face plate.

11. The chuck or faceplate must be secured with a locking device. This device prevents the chuck or faceplate from unscrewing accidentally from the spindle.
